Our MP candidates in Scotland
have best hope against Tory, Labour and Lib Dems MPs

SCOTLAND BANK HOLIDAY

• St Andrew’s Day Bank Holiday
(30 November), Scotland.

FOREIGN POLICY KEPT BY ENGLAND
  • England government keeping foreign policy (so Scotland cannot rejoin EU membership and Eurozone) and military costs for Scotland.
      • As not a Europe border between Scotland and England / Wales, then same transport links as now, without needing passport access. Saves on being forced into toxic Euro money, and keeping your Scottish Pound.

      • As Scottish military still funded by England, saves those men and women from going to fight in any foreign war. Minimum budget.

  • Pay state pension compensation to
1950s and 1960s ladies at same rate as in England and Wales.

DIRECT FERRY AND FREIGHT SHIPPING LINK FROM SCOTLAND TO EUROPE

  • Direct Port of Rosyth (Fife, Scotland) to Dunkirk (France) ferry and freight shipping link.
  • Removing trucks from road to sea will  lead to a significant reduction in the carbon footprint of Scotland to Europe freight.
  • Currently Scotland must be serviced daily from Southern ports which creates a huge carbon footprint. Most trucks are running 400 miles round trip to drop trailers off and collect loaded trailers bound for central Scotland.
  • Not a Freeport (abolished throughout the UK by our policy) but kept as Green port, with green jobs.
  • Nationalised ferry service.
  • Government (UK and Scotland) funding for Rosyth port infrastructure and to start and run the ferry service. Charter of passenger rights.
