UK has amongst the world's highest elderly winter excess death rates, due to pensioner fuel poverty, when cold countries like Norway (with part of nation in the Arcitc) has none. 

Increase Winter Fuel Payment to UK residents to £650 a year per household, with a lady aged from 60 in household, without cut off being aged from 60 in September
of the year turn 60. 

At the moment there is a cut off date of reaching a certain birthday by September, to get Winter Fuel Payment that winter. 

This is already tax free for UK residents. 

Men would have pension age 65 back, so automatic Winter Fuel Payment from 65 not waiting til 67. Law immediately begun to get new law for men's pension age 60 (takes about 2 years). 

Winter Fuel Payment is already abolished for Brit Expats living abroad.

Excess Winter Deaths reach 28,300

An estimated 28,300 excess winter deaths occurred in England and Wales in winter 2019 to 2020, which was 19.6% higher than winter 2018 to 2019. 

Deaths attributed to Coronavirus, have been excluded.
