- Zero business rates for Fire Stations.
- Maybe redeploy ranks just above Police Inspector and military Sergeant, to reinstate the lost thousands cut from firefighters, between ages 30 and 50, to replace the lost 10,000 firefighter jobs.
- Not guarantee the same pay grade, but only one or two pay grades difference.
- Recruit 3,000 trainee firefighters.
- Re-open / new build closed down fire stations.
- Separate out Fire and Rescue governance, from the Police.
- Law for statutory duty for Fire and Rescue Services to co-ordinate and respond to floods.
- Ensure Fire and Rescue Service uniform is also specifically designed for women to wear.
- Reclassify PTSS (Post traumatic stress syndrome) as a disability, being as is trauma stress over long periods of time, to such as firemen after multiple traumatic fire scenes, childhood traumas and a specialist workplace bullying. This is a disability before it is a mental health condition, as can be treated.
