• Free prescriptions for all ages in England. 
Already free prescriptions for all ages in Ulster, Scotland and Wales. 

  • Price controls on patented drugs. Capping medicine prices with pharmaceutical companies, so drug companies can never again over-charge for medicines to NHS up to 10,000 per cent. 

  • If fair prices are rejected for patented drugs, use the Patents Act provisions, compulsory licences and research exemptions to secure access to generic  and branded versions.

• Free prescription for everyone with pancreatic cancer for access to simple tablets called Pancreatic Enzyme Replacement Therapy (PERT) that can stop them starving – a prescription that currently half of people with the disease are never given.

• Manufacture and grant as free prescriptions for all ages, Armour type 
National Desiccated Thyroid (NDT) tablets for Under Active Thyroid, as replaces all thyroid hormones now insufficiently generated in the body. That is gives you all of the T4, T3, T2, T1 and calcitonin. Needs better porcine powder sources. 

• Ensure all NHS patients get fast access to most effective new drugs and treatments.
