Outsourcing has proved fatal

  • Inhouse, direct employed catering staff, under supervision of World Health Organisation trained, Infection Control nurse.
 
  • Bring all canteen provision of patient meals inhouse, under supervision of WHO trained infection control nurse. 


  • No sandwiches or salads as too risky from Listeria if poorly patients don’t eat them immediately. 

  • All food prepared and cooked in
    NHS canteen kitchen. 

  • Brass for all touched surfaces in NHS hospitals. Or at least copper veneered surface. 

  • Buy food direct from local farms, both large and county farms.
